referring to the letter of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture
No. (294/1291/1438) date 10/11/1438 of the temporary ban on the importing
of animals from the Swahili Rinderpest disease, according to the warning
issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) on 21/7/2017.
